1. Services
We provide subscription-based meal delivery services in specific areas of Pune (Hinjewadi, etc.). Menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
3. Payments & Refunds
- Pre-payment: All subscriptions are pre-paid via the app using Razorpay.
- Billing Entity: Your bank statement will show a charge from “Feaststuff Daily Pvt. Ltd.”
- Cancellations: You may pause or cancel your subscription with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds for unused meals will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Limitation of Liability
Feaststuff Daily Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
